We're pleased to announce that our members have voted for the CLH Foundation to receive the donations from our Spring Social this year!
Instructions for donating to CLH Foundation have been sent by email but here they are as well! Donations may be made in advance of our May Social. There are three ways to make your contribution:
Secure online donation and immediate donation receipt: www.clhmidland.on.ca/donate Click on “Other amount” to fill in your $200 donation (thank you again!)
E-transfer to clh.foundation@clhmidland.on.ca (donation receipt will follow)
By cheque: CLH Foundation, 283 King Street Midland ON L4R 3M5 (donation receipt will follow)
You can also call the Foundation with your credit card if you prefer to make donation over the phone: ask for Sue-Ellen Boyes at 705-528-2825 (transaction receipt immediately and donation receipt will follow).
